When a product doesn’t meet expectations, or things just don’t go right, customers may want to return an item. This generally requires repeating the same complex shipping process, but in reverse, with the addition of a specific customer; it can be even more of a hassle for a company than shipping in the first place.
We are equipped not only to send out your products, but also to take them back when necessary. We offer full reverse capabilities: if one consumer needs to send something back, we can accept it and process it back into our system easily; more complicated RTV (return to vendor) needs are also doable. Wherever you need your product to be, we can put it there—whether that’s in the hands of a customer or on our warehouse shelves.
